PP Ext 1 (PS)

Q. Is parking available?

A. We have ample free parking as well as handicap spaces.

Q. Can family members sleep over?

A. Temporary guests must be accommodated in the resident’s apartment.  Guest visitation of more that five (5) days must be approved by the Administrator.  Children under the age of ten must be carefully supervised.  Residents are responsible for the behavior of their guests.

Q. Do you provide transportation to Doctor’s appointments?

A. We can arrange transportation for you or your family can take you. We do not provide the transportation.

Q. Can meal trays be brought to my apartment?

A. Yes, a bland diet can be brought to your apartment for three days if you are ill.  After that you must see your Primary Care Physician.

Q. Do you have a Doctor on the premises?

A. No, we do not.  Our residents have their own Primary Care Physicians outside of the facility who care for them.  I can assist you in finding a Physician close by if you like.

Q. Is there a deposit or buy-in fee?

A. Park Place never has deposits or buy-in fees.  That is one way in which we are unique.

Q. Can family and friends eat a meal with me?

A. Most certainly. They can purchase meal tickets at the reception for any meal.

Q. Is there a curfew?

A. There is no curfew at Park Place.  Each resident is given an after hours key.  We do ask that residents and guests sign in and out at the reception desk.
